These winches are engineered from the ground up to be the best combination of performance, reliability, and ease of use the company has ever produced. The extraordinary live user feedback helps provide the information they’ll need to confidently work the winches to their maximum potential.
Designed, engineered, and assembled in Clackamas, Oregon, ZEON XP combines the traits WARN® winch users expect, with features they asked for, and new never-before-seen upgrades sure to please the most seasoned winching veterans.
Available in 10,000 lb., 12,000 lb., and 14,000 lb. capacities (4536 kg, 5443 kg, 6350 kg), there’s a WARN ZEON XP winch for nearly any rig, with the features users want and the reliability and performance they need.
The bottom line? The WARN ZEON XP has leveled-up the vehicle recovery experience and is the go-to winch for those who need the most reliable, high-performance winch available today.
Two Winch Control Options: Corded or WARN HUB Wireless
ZEON XP gives users the freedom to choose how they’d like to control the winch. Included is a handheld, IP68 waterproof corded remote which plugs into the control pack. This unit includes user feedback and class-exclusive remote clutch operation.
Additionally, ZEON XP includes an integrated WARN HUB Wireless Receiver inside the durable, convertible control pack. This allows the winch to be operated and the clutch engaged/disengaged from 100’+ (30.5m) away using the Bluetooth connection on a smartphone and the WARN Hub App (for iOS and Android). The HUB system also provides live user feedback. More on that in a moment.
And while ZEON XP has a remotely operated clutch, it also has an easy-to-turn 90° clutch handle for manual engagement of the winch’s drum.
With standard corded or wireless operation, remote or manual clutch choices, ZEON XP provides users with easy-to-use control options in any winching scenario.
Confidence in Winching Thanks to User Feedback
Whether using the corded remote or the HUB Wireless Receiver to operate the winch, users get unparalleled amounts of confidence-inspiring operator feedback. By knowing exactly what’s going on with the winch, users can push the unit without worry.
The premium corded remote features a color-changing LED letting users know what’s going on with the winch in terms of motor temperature and load. The WARN HUB Wireless Receiver offers a richer feedback experience, providing motor temperature, load, and vehicle battery voltage info on a smartphone using a set of large, easy-to-read gauges.
ZEON XP debuts dynamic LED lighting at the winch drum and the 3D-embossed WARN badge. The illumination provides live operational feedback via color-changing LEDs. This takes the guesswork out of what’s happening with the winch, and provides the ultimate in user experience and control, especially in low light.
This unparalleled user feedback makes the ZEON XP the easiest winch to operate, giving users the confidence to push its limits and work the winch to its maximum potential.
ZEON XP Offers New Levels of Reliability
With premium build quality, multiple control options, and fast, high endurance pulling power, the new ZEON XP offers increased levels of reliability from the company that pioneered the electric winch: Warn Industries. This reliability comes from being designed, engineered, and assembled in Clackamas, Oregon USA using only top-quality parts.
ZEON XP features improved sealing in the form of OEM-grade rubber O-rings designed to keep water, dust, and everything else out. In fact, ZEON XP is rated to work when submerged and can withstand 1,450 PSI of pressure washing at 176°F (80°C).
In addition, ZEON XP utilizes OEM-grade S450B black fasteners and an advanced powder-coated finish which stands up to 408 hours of salt spray testing and guards against corrosion to provide years of rugged good looks.
ZEON XP debuts dynamic LED lighting at the winch drum and the 3D-embossed WARN badge. The illumination provides live operational feedback via color-changing LEDs indicating five levels of operator feedback. This takes the guesswork out of what’s happening with the winch, and provides the ultimate in user experience and control, especially in low light.
This unparalleled user feedback makes the ZEON XP the easiest winch to operate, giving users the confidence to push its limits and work the winch to its maximum potential. They can GO PREPARED® for any situation.
Efficient, Powerful Motor and Geartrain
The ZEON XP uses a new high-efficiency motor and improved three-stage planetary geartrain combination that’s custom-made for this winch. Like all ZEON winches, XP has automotive-grade busbars to connect the motor to the control pack, eliminating clunky wires and improving electrical efficiency.
The control pack is removable and can be relocated with an optional control pack relocation kit (sold separately) providing a lower profile for mounting in tighter locations. The motor end and geartrain side are connected with a tie plate, offering better structural rigidity than traditional tie bars. It also has a one-piece zinc-alloy drum with patented super-strong thru-drum rope attachment point.
The ZEON XP provides best-in-class line speeds of up to 39.7 ft/min (12,1 m/min) for quick, effortless recoveries in any condition.
All ZEON XP winches utilize the most reliable contactors from Albright ensuring these winches work when needed.
Designed, Engineered, and Assembled in the U.S.A. and Trusted Around the World
American manufacturing is a part of Warn Industries’ heritage, and that continues with ZEON XP. This winch is designed, engineered, and assembled in Clackamas, Oregon U.S.A. at its 180,000 square foot facility.
There, 400 American employees sweat the details to ensure Warn offers the industry’s best, hardest-working winches. No other winch manufacturer employs as many American workers as Warn. This ensures quality, reliability, and supports American jobs—something Warn Industries takes great pride in.
