RAYS has announced a new finish for its TE37 Large P.C.D. Progressive Model II wheel: Matte Translucent Black. This limited-edition “Black Shadow” version is specifically tailored to fit the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 and 300 Series.
Built on the same forged one-piece monoblock platform that has defined the TE37 line, the wheel emphasizes durability and performance. It’s designed with off-road use in mind, featuring a structure aimed at balancing strength and lightness while maintaining responsiveness in a variety of conditions.
The new Black Shadow finish brings a subdued, satin-like appearance with a hint of gloss when exposed to direct light. RAYS describes it as offering a “dark, luxurious atmosphere,” suited for both off-road and urban environments.
The wheel comes with an air valve, and center caps are sold separately. Production remains fully in-house in Japan, with deliveries expected to begin in spring 2025.
