To build on that their base of experience, Caravan Outfitter also turned to previous customers for input about what types of larger campervan configurations were missing from the market. The result is a layout unlike anything else offered within the industry.

Based on the high-roof Sprinter 144WB, the Alpaca offers the perfect balance of size and maneuverability, available in 2WD or AWD. The internal layout of the Alpaca allows Caravan Outfitter to fit just about every amenity a family could need, while also using the space efficiently for a unique option to seat up to 5 and sleep 4 adults, without the need to use a pop-top configuration. The innovative queen size “Taco Bed” folds up from the front and rear, allowing room for the second-row seats and restroom/sink within the garage area when the van is not in sleeping configuration.
At the heart of the Alpaca’s design is an interior featuring products from VanEquipped, ensuring each campervan is outfitted with top-of-the-line, safety-certified components, including their one-piece, insulated floor with L-Tracking and the versatile 3-passenger Bench Bed. Both components are certified to meet FMVSS and pull test standards.
The Alpaca models include two beds (one Queen-size and one full-size), a cavernous garage space, full length L-track, an inside and outside table, and plenty of storage cabinets. For power, the Alpaca relies on a 300 ah LiFePO4 battery and 2000-watt invertor to ensure power for everything, dimmable LED lights, charging outlets and conveniences including 50qt fridge, induction cooktop, rooftop fan and stereo. Amenities also includes full insulation, a diesel heater, 24-gallon fresh water tank, toilet, and sink. Options include a 175W solar charging package, Fiamma Power Awning and A/C unit.
The Alpaca is built with all the necessities for extended travel and camping, with inclusion of extensive storage solutions, including a custom roof rack and a versatile outdoor shower, all underscoring the Alpaca’s readiness for any adventure.
