After commemorating their 85th anniversary last year by releasing a limited-edition chef’s knife, Gerber Gear is now releasing 83 new products for 2025.
Ranging from multi-tools, pinch plate knives, utility knives, carabiners, compact drivers, and a litany of new cookware sets and utensils; there is a lot to unpack. Going through the list of new arrivals, there are a few products under $50 that stand out and may be perfect for your daily carry or vehicle loadout.
Multi-Chamber Carabiners
I’ve been a strong proponent of using a dual chamber carabiner to carry my keys. Having that second inner gate for added security is one of the many reasons the Nite Ize G-Series has been my affordable go-to solution. James Brand offers The Mehlville, an elevated take on an EDC staple, using premium materials, at a more substantial price.
Gerber is finally adding a rendition of their own with the newest multi-chamber carabiner, featuring a package opener and bottle opener. Available in five colors: Baltic Haze, Urban Blue, Black, Drab Red, and Burnt Orange.
MSRP: $9.99
Length: 2.4” Weight: 0.5 oz
Utility Knives
Utility knives are a great do-it-all option that don’t leave you second guessing if you’ll ruin your blade’s edge with any task. The quick interchangeable blades allow you to skip the hassle of re-honing your knife on the fly, and are essential on any job-site. If it’s good enough for commercial use and construction, it’ll likely be the perfect addition to your truck’s overlanding gear.
Following the success of their previous EAB [Exchange-A-Blade] knives, Gerber has released two new versions, the EAB Mini and EAB Slim. If you’re looking for a utility knife that has a few more functional uses, check out the updated Prybrid Utility Clip.
MSRP: EAB Mini - $9.99
Length: 4.2” Weight: 1.3 oz.
MSRP: EAB Slim - $14.99
Length 4.4” Weight: 1.4 oz.
MSRP: Prybrid Utility Clip - $20.00

Gerber MiniSada - Everyday Carry Folding Knife
The all-new MiniSada features Gerber’s patented Pinch Plate, an innovative frame lock tech that improves ergonomics and safety when deploying a knife. This everyday carry folding knife features a durable D2 steel blade, a textured aluminum handle for a secure grip, and a deep carry pocket clip designed for tip-up carry.
After enjoying the Gerber Flatiron and Asada, both equipped with the Pinch Plate, I’ve been eagerly awaiting a more EDC-friendly knife with the same feature, making this release the one I’m most excited about.
MSRP: $49.99
Overall length: 7.2” Closed length: 4.07” Blade length: 3.13” Overall weight: 2.5 oz.
